12-17 June, 2016, delegation of Caucasus Youth Nexus attended international training course ”Towards culture of Democracy” in Trebnitz, Germany. Over 15 participants from Georgia, Germany, Armenia, Ukraine and Belarus participated above mentioned activity. Activities were implemented by using methodology of non-formal learning, group works, workshops, ice-breakings etc. Main topics of the training were: Democracy, equality, freedom, inclusion, cooperation among organizations and resolutions of conflicts. Participants visited Refugee Camps in Germany, where they got information about current status of refugees living in refugee camps in Germany.
Organizer of the training course was German organization ”Kreisau Initiative”, second phase of the project will take place in Georgia in October, which will be hosted by Caucasus Youth Nexus.
