Hello, I was playing dark souls like normal a couple minutes ago, had a setup with which I fast rolled. If I have higher equip load will I move faster or slower? Personally, I find the regular roll to be vastly superior, the fast roll will often roll you too far and you don't get the chance to counter them before they move again.
