From 15 to 23 October 2025, 36 participants from Germany, Georgia, Lithuania, Greece, Ukraine, and Armenia came together to explore how inner peace can inspire peace in the world around us.
The project aimed to:
Empower young people to challenge hate speech and discrimination through positive dialogue.
Foster self-expression, creativity, and collaboration for peacebuilding.
Prevent polarization and radicalization among youth.
Strengthen mindfulness and emotional well-being for inner peace.
Develop digital literacy to promote peaceful online communities.
Throughout the exchange, participants engaged in:
• Creative and non-formal learning workshops
• Mindfulness and self-awareness sessions
• Dialogues and peacebuilding discussions
• Intercultural evenings and cultural sharing
• Study visits and a traditional Georgian dinner
Surrounded by the mountains of Bakuriani, this 9-day journey reminded everyone that peace begins within — and spreads beyond.
