3 years together – Tako Tsatskrialashvili

My life can be divided into two parts: before Masterpeace and after Masterpeace.
I started working here 2 years ago as a volunteer.
During these 2 years I was a trainer, youth worker, head of the environmental organization, Digital Storytelling coordinator, manager of international Erasmus+ projects, but the most important part was the development, the experience, the relationships, coming out of my comfort zone and diving head first into the work I’m passionate about.
If I had to describe our organization in 1 sentence, I would say it is one big family, where you’ll never be bored, because constant activity and diverse projects will keep you busy.
