MASTERPEACE global boot camp 2016 is over

2016, 23-27 of May, Caucasus Youth Nexus and MasterPeace hosted MasterPeace global Boot-camp 2016. 47 Participants and partners from 29 countries attended the conference. Main topics of the meeting was global peace building. During the boot-camp participants attended workshops related to social entrepreneurship, sharing of the best practices of their organizations, resolution of the conflicts by dialogue and peace building by using peaceful means.

Participants visited ministry of Sports and Youth of Georgia and administration of the president of Georgia. Mr. Revaz Javelidze, deputy minister of ministry of sports and youth hosted interactive discussion regarding the importance of the role of youth in developing entrepreneurial and youth affairs. Maia Melikidze hosted the discussion in administration of the Georgian president, where she delivered speech about Georgian economic affairs, meeting was interactive and participants were able to ask questions regarding the main challenges of Georgian economic and political affairs such as integration to European Union and other relevant topics. She emphasized that tourism and export of wine are the pillars of economical development for Georgia. After the discussion participants visited sports museum in Ministry of Sports and Youth and presidential palace in administration of Georgian president.
Moreover, during the boot-camp participants had opportunity to visit sightseeing in Tbilisi, the capital and the Kakheti Region such as Bodbe, Sighnaghi and Nekresi.

MasterPeace Global Boot-Camp was organized by Caucasus Youth Nexus, MasterPeace Georgia and MasterPeace global movement.
